Rufcoat Flexi is a single-component, acrylic-based elastomeric waterproofing and anti-carbonation coating. It is designed to provide long-term protection to concrete and masonry surfaces against water ingress, carbonation, and weathering. The coating forms a seamless, flexible membrane that can bridge minor cracks and accommodate substrate movements without losing adhesion or waterproofing properties. It also protects reinforced concrete from deterioration caused by CO₂ and chloride penetration, extending the service life of structures.

Specification:

• Type: Single-component, ready-to-use, acrylic polymer-based waterproofing coating

• Form: Liquid, suitable for brush, roller, or spray application

• Colour: White or other shades as required

• Elasticity: Highly flexible, capable of bridging cracks up to 2 mm

• Finish: Smooth, satin finish after curing

• Dry film thickness: 300–500 microns (for two coats, depending on coverage)

• Coverage: Approximately 1–1.5 m²/kg for two coats (varies with surface texture)

• Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to concrete, plaster, brickwork, metal, and asbestos sheets

• Resistance: UV resistant, weatherproof, alkali resistant, and breathable (allows moisture vapour to escape)

• Toxicity: Non-toxic, water-based, and environmentally friendly
