FLORSEAL-LI is Lithium based dust proof concrete floor hardener. Florseal-LI is a lithium silicate based concrete densifier / hardener. Florseal-LI penetrates into the pores of concrete surfaces where it can chemically reacts with the available lime to produce insoluble calcium silicate hydrate which densify and harden the surface from within and gives high abrasion resistance & dust proof floor.

Proper installation of FERRICON-QTZ will impart long life and high durability to concrete floors. It can be used inside or outside and is completely none rusting. FERRICON-QTZ is available in a natural concrete colour or in the following colours: battleship gray, terra cotta, tile red, black, brown, green, and white. Ferricon-NM is available in a natural concrete color or in the following colors: battleship gray, french gray, tan, terra cotta, tile red, black, brown, green, light reflective and white. It is designed to harden and densify concrete floors and surfaces both inside and out. Concrete treated with Ferricon-NM will be resistant to abrasion, dusting, spalling and deterioration. Ferricon-NM floors will also be more resistant to water absorption and salts thus reducing cleaning and maintenance costs.

Rustrip is a rust Convertor. Applied on the rusted iron surface it converts rust into a grayish black anti-corrosive primer, ready for final painting. This primer protects the metal from further rusting.

Rustrip is recommended for use on all rusted iron, steel surface, reinforcement bars, steel structure in chemical plant and marine area as well as in commercial building.


Advantages: -

• It saves labor and material cost of rust removing and that of primer coating hence very economical
• It does not require any neutralization of residual chemicals like rust removers which are acidic in nature and may cause corrosion
