Easymould-WB is used on Metal, Peri shuttering, Plywood form shuttering etc. whereas Oil base Easymould-OB is used on Aluminium, Plywood shuttering etc. 

By using Easymould, formwork does not stick to the concrete surface. The finish of concrete will not be black /dark as is the case with the application of ordinary oil. Finish of the concrete is like expose. Easymould is very economical in use.

 

Easy mould is a specially formulated Liquid that could be diluted with water. The Liquid chemical reacts with alkali contained in cement that forms a water-repellent film not allowing the concrete to stick to the formwork giving a smooth exposed concrete without any honeycombing or pinholes.

Easy Mould is used on all type of form works steel, in casting RCC as well as mfg. Hume Pipe Mould, Railway sleeper mould, Precast / Pre-Stressed concrete.
